Margaret S. Bishop Administration Margaret provides administrative support with a focus on travel management, meeting planning and preparation, document tracking, and accounting.

Samantha Burgan Communications Samantha helps the Foundation and its grantees promote the work that they do and elevate their visibility, through press releases, presentation development, special events, and more.

Faith Fennelly Grants Faith supports the grant making process and ensures the accuracy and integrity of grants information. She oversees the Community Partners Program and provides support for strategic grant making.

Bob Forrester President and CEO Bob’s 40+ year career has been devoted to philanthropy and support of the global non-governmental/nonprofit sector. A close friend of Paul Newman’s, he was asked by Paul to become the first president of Newman’s Own Foundation when it was created in 2005.

Kelly Giordano Grants Kelly manages the grant making processes and programs, which includes working with grant applications, impact reports, measurement, budget tracking, and the database.

Bob Haggett Finance and Operations Bob’s role is to plan, develop, and implement strategies for operational management and reporting in support of all Foundation staff and grantees.

Alison Haigis Finance and Operations Alison executes the day-to-day financial transactions of Newman’s Own Foundation.  She is also responsible for financial reporting, human resource administration, and cash management.

Alena Mazotas Digital Communications Associate Alena helps to spread the mission of the Foundation and its grantees through storytelling via social media and the website.

Pamela Papay Special Initiatives Pam joined Newman’s Own in 1984, and after many years of overseeing the grants department, she has recently transitioned into the management of special projects, which includes conducting research and grantee outreach.

Jan Schaefer Communications Jan directs communications efforts for Newman’s Own Foundation, leveraging media opportunities and increasing visibility for both the Foundation and its grantees.

Kathy Siever Grants Kathy’s work as executive assistant helps ensure that information is shared seamlessly between departments, and grants are made in a timely way, in accordance with Foundation guidelines and policies.

Cheryl Spencer Administration Cheryl is the executive assistant to the president and CEO, coordinating his schedule and helping to ensure the efficient operation of his office.

Carolyn Woodard Administration Carolyn conducts information management and document preparation, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations for senior staff.

Lisa Walker Grants and Communications Lisa is responsible for leading the grants and communications team, which includes developing, directing, and communicating the Foundation’s strategies, programs, and grants.
